Cookbook Club Podcast Is Back (and You’re In It)

Modern homesteaders tend to be serious home cooks, and I’m no exception. A few years ago I told you about Cookbook Club, the podcast I co-hosted with my friend Sara Gray. We recorded 100 episodes over four seasons before taking a break.

Well, it’s back! The new season starts now, and this time, you’re part of it.

What’s new

Sara has stepped back from co-hosting to focus on her family and business, so I’m carrying the show forward. She’s still part of our real-life cookbook club, and you’ll hear from our club friends now and then.

The biggest change: listeners are now the cookbook club. Each month I pick one cookbook, cook through a bunch of recipes, and share what worked, what flopped, and what I’d make again. You can cook along and add your own take.

How to join in

  • Grab the book of the month (the library is a great place to start).
  • Cook a recipe or two.
  • Record a short voice memo on your phone about how it went, and email it to cookbookclubshow@gmail.com. You might hear yourself on an episode!

Our first book of the new season is Good Things, with that episode coming out November 4. New episodes come out the first Wednesday of every month.

Where to listen

Start with Episode 101: Cookbook Club Is Back (and You’re In It), then subscribe on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or Pocket Casts. You can also follow along on Instagram at @cookbookclubshow.

I can’t wait to cook with you!
